Who we are
This site is operated by Nordic Pirates AB, a Swedish limited company (Aktiebolag). For privacy questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
Only what's needed to run the site and the things you ask us to do:
- Email address — when you sign up for the newsletter ("Join the crew") or the trade form.
- Name, company, role, country, units, notes — when you fill in the B2B trade form.
- Analytics & advertising cookies — only if you accept the cookie banner. See the cookie table below.
- Server logs — IP address and request metadata, retained ~30 days, used for abuse prevention and debugging.
Why we use it
- Newsletter: to send you updates about TAP 10 — print run, restocks, new decks. Unsubscribe in one click.
- Trade form: to reply to your inquiry and offer trade terms. We add you to a B2B contact list and may reach out about distributor opportunities.
- Analytics: to see what works on the page — which sections people read, which calls-to-action convert.
- Advertising: to measure performance of paid campaigns and to show relevant ads to people who've visited the site (retargeting).
Who we share it with
We use a small set of vetted processors to do the technical work. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights (GDPR)
You can:
- Withdraw consent any time via "Manage cookies" in the footer.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it's wrong.
- Delete it (right to be forgotten).
- Object to processing or request a data export.
Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish data protection authority, IMY.
Data transfers
Some of our processors are based outside the EU (notably Google and Meta). They operate under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where possible, we use anonymized or hashed identifiers.

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we'll update the date below and (if you're on our list) email you about it.
